  • Domestic (Pakistan): 3–5 business days.

  • International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination, weight, and shipping method.

  • Free Shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or orders above a certain value (conditions will be stated at checkout).


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the shipment reaches the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

  • Blacoir Paris is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


6. Tracking Your Order

  • Customers are responsible for tracking and receiving their orders on time.


7. Delays & Lost Packages

  • While we work with reliable carriers, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • If a package is confirmed lost, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier and provide a solution case by case.
