Refund policy

At Blacoir Paris, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Each piece is designed with precision and reflects our philosophy of Everything in Black. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Personalized, customized, or final sale items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

Contact our support team at support@blacoir.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Blacoir Paris is not responsible for lost returns.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.
If the requested size/product is unavailable, we will issue a refund according to our refund policy.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
We will cover return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

6. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.
In the event of a return, these charges are non-refundable.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider.
